Recipe 1 -Strawberry Lemonade – 6 lemons, 2 apples, 2 cups strawberries (remove stems), ½ cup mint leaves (optional) and 3 cups water or in my case, I used coconut water that I had in the fridge.
Recipe 2 – Green Glow – 1 cup mint leaves, 2 cups spinach, 3 cups pineapple, 2 apples, Ice
Recipe 3 – Lovely Locks Hair Juice – 2 cucumbers, 4 carrots, and 1 tomato

Strawberries and lemons are high in vitamin C, provide energy and strengthen the immune system. Apples are alkalizing and help to promote weight loss. Mint leaves are great palate cleanser and promote digestion. Coconut water is a great sourced of potassium and super hydrating. Spinach is high in niacin and zinc, protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E, K, and B6, calcium, iron, and so much more. Pineapples a source of vitamin C, bromelain and has anti-inflammatory properties. Cucumbers have multiple B vitamins, rich in water and fiber. Helps to flush out toxins. Carrots provide beta-carotene and vitamin C. Tomatoes are a great source of vitamin C, biotin, molybdenum, and vitamin K.
