Today we start our 3-Day #JuiceUp Challenge! But first, here is what you will need: a juicer, preferably organic fruits & vegetables, a vegetable brush (not required), and an openness to your well-being. This is not a juice fast or meal replacement. Instead, it’s a fun challenge to help you get started in juicing, try/share a new recipe, and show off your juice-licious creations. However, I do encourage you to eat healthier/cleaner during the challenge. I will give you at least 3 juicing recipes each day. Rinse your fruits and vegetables well. So are you ready?! Let’s #JuiceUp! Be sure to hashtag #3DayJuiceUpChallenge so that I see your juices and can repost them.
